The event was organized by the IDEAS club, featuring the entrepreneur and CEO of Engineering Capital Ashmeet Sidana.<\/p>\n
By attending this event I learned and expanded my knowledge regarding the potential of startup companies within the Bay Area. Ashmeet detailed what one should look for in a startup, advising the audience that a great startup must consist of a solid team with great technical insight. Through Ashmeet I began to realize the value of startups, because when one has a credible solution for a problem (such as cybersecurity let’s say) and is capable of protecting that solution, then there is profit to be made.<\/p>\n
For my career goals I find myself leaning towards cybersecurity, but also yet also many other things.
