I learned about David Allen’s five-step process for managing tasks: capturing, clarifying, organizing, reflecting, and engaging. This builds the foundation for better time management & overall productivity. He stresses the importance of writing things down to avoid later forgetfulness, and it clears up any clutter that may be in your head.<\/p>\n
This relates to my major because it’s important that one stays focused on the task at hand, and can manage multiple things at once efficiently. I especially find his two-minute rule helpful, because it allows me to make the most of my time.
