I organize the executive board and timeline for the whole team of 22 members as well as check-in consistently with the Production, Outreach, Logistics, Finance, and Choreography Captains to ensure timely manner in completion of our set and competition applications\/registration\/travel accommodations\/coordination with external vendors (DJs, photographers, videographers, costumes, production). I play a big role in the team&#8217;s motivation and setting goals and focuses for the team as well as executive board. I supplement the rest of the executive board&#8217;s tasks when needed and provide advice and feedback from my past two years of experience and captaincy.
