Cuetopia Systems Redesign Project
Our team partnered with Cuetopia, a local billiards café, to address operational inefficiencies and outdated customer-facing systems. The business currently relies on a manual, first-come, first-served waitlist, a decade-old website, and limited communication tools, which negatively affect customer service and retention
To solve these issues, we proposed developing a modern HTML-based website and mobile-friendly system that integrates an online waitlist, automated SMS notifications, and live table availability displays. Additional solutions include QR code food ordering and improved time-tracking for pool tables. These upgrades aim to streamline operations, reduce waitlist frustration, improve transparency, and enhance the overall customer experience while supporting Cuetopia’s long-term growth.
