Additionally, I support planning and organizing initiatives that enhance student engagement and community building within the residence halls.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of Projects:<\/p>\n<p>Managed the RHA budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and proper allocation of funds for student events.<\/p>\n<p>Organized and executed campus-wide programs and events, including movie nights, community engagement activities, and wellness initiatives, successfully increasing student participation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boosted resident participation in residential events by 120% through improved outreach and programming.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Streamlined administrative processes by implementing more efficient tracking and reporting systems for club finances and event logistics.<\/p>\n<p>Through this role, I gained practical experience in financial management, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
