This learning module was very effective and helpful, and it relates not only to my major but also to both my personal and professional life. Effective listening means actively learning new things from others. It is a great skill to have, and this module highlights the challenges we face, such as distractions, while providing guidance on adapting behaviors that allow us to become more effective listeners.
