- Supported customers, presented and prepared presentations, and engaged globally with Cross-functional teams to support account management for fiber optic transceiver business
- I work on inventory management for the loaner inventory and was able to create a filing system for the San Jose Office.
- With my Major being MIS, I was able to get into this position. This was my first office experience, so I learned a lot about office culture, I learned about B2B, and I got a chance to work on sales force as well (it was restricted use as I was just an intern). The product itself was technology-based, and even though I did not have much knowledge back them, I was able to navigate with the help of product managers and engineers. It taught me the importance of collaborative work and communication in business. I was able to work with many accounts with some multi-million-dollar customers as well.
