● Assist San Jose State University faculty with MacOS and Windows by troubleshooting issues related to the Duo app, Camtasia, SJSU VPN connectivity, Smartboard connector issues, and OWL meeting devices
● Managed over 40 university IT devices including Mac laptops, Windows laptops, and iPads by maintaining crucial hardware components such as batteries, cpus, touchscreens using BIOS software tools
● Update an extensive database of the current state of technology within a given department with the use of Python Scripts and Excel
