The networking mixer took place on May 3 at 5 pm. This took place in the Student Union Ballroom because it was raining and couldn’t be done in the garden.
- What you learned
I got the opportunity to mingle with many people that also studied at SJSU and learn about what they are doing at the moment. This was a great way to socialize and get any recommendations that could help me decide what I would want to do in the future. It was very interesting to hear about their experiences.
- How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals
This relates to my career because it has allowed me to meet new people and practice my communication skills. Their stories have also allowed me to not worry much about what I want to do in life and be patient to be able to find the right job in the future.
