Healthy New Habits
Along with my new hobby of books for my mind I have taken up working out at the gym on campus. It is actually a good combination because I am able to bring my books to the gym and read them while I am on the treadmill or sitting along side the pool. I make sure to go 4 times a week and through this I have been able to positively impact my family as well because now half of my immediate family goes to the gym back home in Colorado several times a week. I love how this has brought such positivity to my family through some hard times.
