Effective Listening
In this Linkedln Learning I leaned that it is very important to open your ears and listen to not only your boss but the peers around you. This is very important because by listening you can get lots of different ideas. I also learned the ways to listen effectively by knowing how to block out distractions. This will really help my major because as a business major you need to know how to communicate very well and by watching this it showed me how important listening is as well.
