Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration
Through this LinkedIn course, I was able to learn about how a business analyst and project manager work together successfully. I was able to learn about each role more in-depth and what responsibilities come with them. I was able to learn more about scope management, planning, and the implementation of the project and how each role intersects, and how they manage. There are many risks that these roles have to avoid when collaborating. This relates to my career because I hope to be able to land a role as a project manager after graduation. I want to make sure I do my research and preparations to get myself that job.
