AI Summit Fall 2024: AI for Everyone Online
Attending the AI Summit Fall 2024, organized by Tech Equity, was an inspiring experience. The event featured speakers from diverse fields, sharing how AI is transforming industries like healthcare, finance, and education while addressing critical issues like ethics and privacy. Being able to participate through Zoom was incredibly convenient and made the event accessible, even with a busy schedule. As an MIS student, I appreciated the opportunity to learn about AI’s practical applications and the emphasis on responsible innovation. It was a valuable experience that left me motivated to explore how AI can create meaningful impact in my future career.
The sessions covered topics such as AI in healthcare, autonomous systems, creative industries, finance, retail, and education, highlighting the transformative potential of AI in each sector. Speakers went into detail regarding the ethical considerations and governance of AI, emphasizing the importance of responsible AI development.
