Building Trust (2018)
Completing the LinkedIn Learning module on building trust has shown me how vital this skill is for my future career as an MIS major. I now understand that trust is essential for effective teamwork and collaboration in any tech environment. By applying what I learned from the module, I can strengthen my relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that they have confidence in my abilities. This module has also helped me see how building trust can lead to leadership opportunities and long-term career growth.
