At the Women in Tech event, I had the privilege of meeting remarkable women who are making significant strides in various tech companies. Through their experiences, I gained valuable insights into what it\’s like to navigate male-dominated environments in the tech industry.
One key takeaway was the importance of asking questions when feeling stuck. Many of the women emphasized the need to speak up and seek clarification or assistance when facing challenges, highlighting how this proactive approach can lead to growth and solutions. Additionally, the event underscored the significance of continually refining technical skills, with Excel being highlighted as a particularly valuable tool.
