In this LinkedIn Learning module, I learned how to effectively build trust. Having trust helps improve and build relationships as well as maintain them. This helps with the courses I am taking for my major because I can build trust with other students in class as well as colleagues in the future in the workplace. Trust is important for teamwork and collaboration.
