Social Media Project
The goal was to do market research in order to discover the impact social media has on the fast food industry. It was found that global presence and cultural accommodation, customer service and support, and careers and recruitment were major determining factors. I learned that social media is crucial in establishing a global presence in the modern day. Social media can be used as a tool to market their product across multiple audiences and countries.
