Technical Account Manager Intern

I was assigned to design a Power BI dashboard to analyze TAP-A-TAM request data, enhancing visibility and performance tracking for managers.I built several visuals (pie charts, heat maps, word clouds) to illustrate request volume, ownership distribution, and resolution times Ultimately, I improved efficiency by reducing manual review and providing insights into workload balance and training need.
  3. I learned how to use several different Adobe products which are spread out throughout companies of the tech world. It relates to MIS because it taught me how to be an investigator to a bunch of raw data. I had the opportunity to do something with this data and tell a story, alerting managers where there might be issues.
