Written Case Analysis for RSIP (Rock Industrial Parts Inc.)
The goal of this project was to develop a comprehensive digital transformation plan for Rock Solid Industrial Parts (RSIP) to support its strategic expansion from $33M to $72M in revenue. Through detailed analysis across departments—sales, inventory, finance, HR, IT, and executive operations—I proposed cloud-based systems like Zoho CRM, IMS, HRIS, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft 365 to improve efficiency, communication, and data accuracy. The project helped me understand how interconnected digital systems can streamline operations across departments, and how critical planning, change management, and cybersecurity are to ensuring a smooth and successful transformation in a growing business.
