In this course, I learned many techniques to help me develop my critical thinking toll such as asking 5 whys and the 7 so-whats, and use the 80.20 rule to think critically. And this learning provides guidance on how to develop this skills across whole team. In business major, critical thinking helps avoid the future problems that can result from one action. In order to identify a problems’s root cause, and to ask 6 whys is a vital step. It encourages team members to share ideas for continuous improvement, rather than simply blaming each other.
