“Teens Got Each Other’s Backs” Campaign
La Casa de las Madres is an organization that helps people affected by domestic violence. I helped make welcome cards for shelter residents and made bracelets to raise awareness about teen dating violence. These bracelets are part of La Casa’s “Teens Got Each Other’s Backs” campaign, encouraging young people to support friends in unhealthy relationships . Through this project, I learned how small but thoughtful actions can make a big difference and how important it is to talk openly about difficult topics like relationship abuse.
