Effective listening taught me valuable lessons, my main takeaway was hearing your coworkers. When it come s to projects and assignments I think it is crucial to actually get everyones input loud and clear and make sure everyone is getting heard so your team may plan accordingly.This applies to my major and career aspirations as communication is a staple in Project Management roles.
