The Residence Hall Association (RHA) at San José State strives to be an organization advocating for the interests and welfare of students living in the residence halls, while also providing opportunities for personal growth and development. RHA is an organization of students committed to developing leadership, honoring diversity, recognizing achievement, as well as promoting engagement and involvement among all students
Here is some of things I contribute to!
-Collaborating with team members to program and manage high scale events, on a weekly basis.
-Budget inquires, consistent Project Management from scaled events to organizational tasks
-As role a primary aspect was resource coordinating, fund allocating, and facilitated cross-organizational collaboration.
