Through SJSU, I was able to find an opportunity to work as a consultant for Cadence Design Systems in a group of 8 students. It was a 10 week project where I:
- Conducted SWOT analyses of 5+ competitors, identified recuriting KPIs by analyzing career pages, job postings, and social media presence to refine company positioning for new graduates and early career talent personas.
- Translated research into 10+ actionable recommendations and created content pillars with mock posts, including prototypes for LinkedIn, Instagram, and company webpages to support clear messaging.
- GEO optimization across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Co-Pilot analysing prompt outputs and company visibility through unbiased inputs.This opportunity relates to my long term career goal as I aspire to work in Business operations/ Strategy for a tech company.
