Building Trust
Building trust in any environment: formal or informal is extremely important. Friendships require trust and so do working in a team professionally. Specifically this module was a reminder of unintentional bias on trust and the predictors of trust. First is trusting the ability of a person to perform a task and the integrity with which they will carry out their task. While carrying out professional tasks it is important to show that you also care for your team and that you are reliable. And most importantly, transparency through communication.
