E-Movers Overview Project – Systems Analysis and Design
The main point of this project as for us as a team to analyze a small business, and analyze where the company is performing well vs. areas where the company is struggling. Once we finished that, we also continues with our SWOT analysis by highlighting areas where the company can improve. We built a prototype to showcase how our app will function as a whole. Then we conducted feasibility analysis, project costing, and ROI calculations. In this project, we used a Gantt Chart to help map put our project timeline. In addition to this, we used SCRUM to help us come up with the full analysis of our project. This project taught me how to collaborate with my peers to manage a project with very strict deadlines, and to make sure that we learn about Scrum, Gantt Charts, ROI, Feasibility analysis, and other ways to analyze and contribute to a company. THis project has helped me with my professional development and has made me ready for the professional world.
