I took my dog for a hike to help with stress.

Taking my dog for a hike really helps me deal with stress from school and work. When everything starts to feel overwhelming, going outside with my dog and walking through nature clears my mind. It’s peaceful, and I don’t have to think about homework, deadlines, or anything else. My dog gets super excited, which makes me happy too, and it feels good to just be out in the fresh air with no distractions. The quiet and the trees help me breathe easier, and by the time we’re done, I feel way more relaxed. It’s a simple thing, but it makes a big difference.
