Effective Listening
I learned about how to be an active listener. I also gained knowledge about understanding the challenges of becoming effective listeners. Such as getting distracted easily because of movement in our surroundings. I am the person who gets distracted easily if there is something going around. It has been difficult for me concentrate to on one thing. However, this course guided me on what things to do to become an active listener.
