Building Trust
This module has taught me how to build and maintain trust with my colleagues. This is very important for an MIS major, because I will be working with a variety of teams. It is important to be able to trust my organizations for many factors such as not over-working myself (for delegation) and it creates a better work environment. I also really enjoyed their segment on to always find a reason to trust another person. They mention that sometimes their actions or words may seem untrustworthy, but quite often there is a reasonable explanation.
