Getting Things Done
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module). I learned that when getting things done it is important to slowly change our habits so that it is oriented for us to clear the clutter in our head by writing ideas down in the moment when we think about them, which gives our brain more room for new ideas. I want to try this capture method in my own habits and getting better at organizing and managing my ideas.
