Social Media Project

The goal of this project was to research and analyze how businesses use social media to enhance business interactions. As a team, we were tasked with researching and writing a report on companies within the footwear/apparel industry. After the research phase, we had to compile all of our reports into one big deliverable that would be addressed to the CEO of a consulting company. The result was a deliverable that would cover the background information of all the companies, how they utilized social media, and our rankings of which company was the most effective at using social media to enhance business interactions. This project was an invaluable experience that taught me the importance of using social media to increase outreach. Having a presence on social media is crucial for these companies because they can reach people all over the world. They’re able to market their products and increase sales as a result of having a large online presence.
