Walking Along the Strip in Las Vegas

 

I went to Las Vegas over the weekend. On Sunday March 24th, my friends and I went to get breakfast/brunch at the Buffet which is located in the Wynn hotel.

After everyone was stuffed, we decided that we needed to go on a walk to help digest it. We went to the Strip that was nearby to walk around and sightsee the area as it was my first time I was actually able to enjoy my time around that area. There were many interesting structures to see and it was such a relaxing and fun time.

 

After getting back to the Airbnb, I looked at how much I walked for that day on Apple Health, and it was over 17,000 steps. I learned that traveling is also a form of exercising and good for my well being because I took a lot more steps in Las Vegas compared to the amount when I am back in San Jose. I was also not worrying about anything. Mental and physical health is very important to talk care of. One must give themself time to relax and not think to much to help reduce the amount of stress. Stress may lead to you not able to do your assignments and tasks as well. One should make sure to take some breaks here and there.
