Improving Your Focus

Whenever we are doing an important task, it requires our focus and attention. Technology and mind distractions make it hard to focus on essential tasks. This course shows how we can manage our focus on the most crucial tasks and also manage our time doing tasks and spending time with family and people we want to help. It relates to MIS or any other major as we must differentiate what is more valuable to do at a time and keep our focus on that to do it more efficiently.
