Organization Analysis
The goal of this team project was to do an in-depth analysis of a healthcare organization to understand what underlying issues the organization may have along with being able to diagnose the mechanisms that have led to those problems. We conducted interviews with employees who currently worked at the organization to get some insight into the different aspects of the organization such as their work culture and organizational goals. As I continued my research, I uncovered some of the problems that had aligned with what our informants had shared.
