Service System Project

For this project, I went to a nearby establishment to complete data collection on the business’s waiting line and servicing system.  I utilized concepts of queuing theory to get a better understanding of how well they managed their business during peak operating hours.  I provided performance metrics, identified issues, and devised some recommendations for the business.
