Writing in plain language.
- I learned how important it is to speak and write clearly. The idea to write in complicated jargon to look smart is a bygone idea from a bygone business environment. Actual performance dictates how ideas should be represented. Jargon should not be used when engaging with a layperson, and sentences should be simplified, grammar rules relaxed.
