You are in charge of organizing the team’s routines, coaching and training the players, and guiding the group to contests. It calls for strong leadership qualities, a love of dancing, and the capacity for collaboration. Working with the executive board of seven is one of the main challenges of this position. To make sure that the team is well-organized, efficiently managed, and that everyone is working toward the same objective, you must work with them as the choreographic captain. You will be in charge of training the team members in addition to collaborating with the executive board. You’ll need to have the patience and flexibility to work with dancers of all levels while still pushing them to hone their technique. One crucial aspect of the role is organizing the team’s travel to contests. You’ll need to organize the team’s journey, make arrangements for costumes and props, and make sure they are ready to provide their finest performance.
