Going on a walk in the city which is your home. For me, it’s Dublin. Surrounded by the pretty green hills and great houses, you are in a warm and welcoming neighborhood. Feels as if my surrounding are providing me with love, so I can love myself. Going on a walk itself is healthy for your brain and body. I enjoyed this assignment so I can come to realize that again. To be successful, to be happy, it is necessary for you to be healthy. By being mentally and physically active, having time to be in your own thoughts, you will also be active in your career path.
