Building Trust
- From this learning module, I learned that trust comes with effort and personality and it can make all the difference in a work environment. When it comes to maintaining a successful work environment and making sure you and the people around you have the best intentions, you need to build and show trust. Some examples of trust are being respectfully honest, helping others out, and following through on commitments.
