In this LinkedIn Learning course, I learned how to listen effectively. I learned about the five skills you need to improve my listening skills. I found this course useful and very applicable to my major. As a business administration, major listening is a huge part of my future job. Especially with a concentration in MIS I will have to listen to my businesses needs and understand what engineering has create and be able to affectively implement what engineering has built.
