Building Trust (2018)
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module). In a world where trust is gained and not given, their breeds a lot of mistrust. After this linked in learning I learned that to grow in a business space, its goods to learn to trust and give trust to your colleagues. Trust has been proven to decrease turnover, increase innovation, and improve team performance.
