Effective Listening
This course, Effective Listening, really taught me how important it is to be present in a conversation and how that skill enables one to effectively communicate. Similarly, listening has proved important in my major, MIS, in gathering user requirements right and working with cross-functional teams. As I improve my listening skills, this leads to a better alignment of the technical solutions to business objectives, creating an efficient outcome and strong collaboration.
