This is Marwan Aldulaimi. I came from Iraq to the USA six years ago. I am a full-time student at SJSU, majoring in MIS.
There are a few favorite movies of mine that every time I watch, it feels like it is my first time watching them, such as The Irish Man and The Godfather.
Currently, I am watching Peaky Blinders on Netflix. Before moving to the USA, I lived in Malaysia for 8 years; before that, I lived in Syria and Jordan for 5 years at the age of 12 before moving abroad from Iraq. I used to have a dog back home; his name was Rock. After him, I couldn’t keep any pets because of the pain of losing them. There are a few apps that I use daily, such as Whatsapp and Messenger for communicating with family overseas, Robinhood for the stock market, and YouTube for some music. I like to play chess and cook different types of food that I pick up from the internet or in restaurants. I love working out, and I enjoy kickboxing. Finally, my favorite sports team is the Spanish soccer team Real Madrid.
