Flag Football
As a flag football referee for an Afghan football league, my goals were to ensure fair play and encourage teamwork. The league was successful, with many participants improving their skills and enjoying the game. It helped local youth by giving them a fun, healthy activity and a sense of community. I learned the value of clear communication and fair decision-making in creating a positive sports environment.
