Effective Listening

I learned to assess my current listening skills, understand how to effectively listen to others, and develop behaviors and habits that will allow me to become a better listener. This can in turn cause me to become a better colleague and friend, effective listening provides me with skills that benefit me in everyday life. Whether it is in the workforce or my personal life being an effective listener is vital in maintaining and creating relationships.
