The Getting Things Done (GTD) approach is a very successful system for organizing work and maintaining organization, especially in a sector as dynamic as information systems, I discovered as an MIS student with Linkedin Learning. GTD assists in clearing mental clutter by enumerating all obligations and decomposing them into manageable tasks, whether they be team meetings, coding projects, or academic assignments. By encouraging task organization according to contexts and priorities, the technique makes sure that I concentrate on the most important and pressing tasks. I manage deadlines and long-term objectives by reflecting frequently and reviewing my progress every week.
