DREAMFORCE – Live Zoom Participation
On October 14, 2025, I attended Dreamforce via a live Zoom session hosted by my professor at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Salesforce’s “Agentic Enterprise,” which focuses on autonomous AI agents, Data 360, and new trust and governance technologies, was revealed at the event. The keynote and breakout sessions demonstrated how firms are leveraging AI, real-time data, and CRM technologies to improve business operations and customer experiences.
