I designed and led a warehouse robotics efficiency project that reduced travel time and increased throughput, while overseeing daily operations for 80–90+ associates to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. By leveraging data and real-time metrics, I identified performance gaps, optimized labor allocation, and improved process flow. I collaborated across teams to resolve operational challenges, enhanced workflow and communication, and fostered a high-performing team culture through coaching, training, and recognition. Additionally, I led daily stand-up meetings to align associates on performance targets, risk management, and operational priorities.
