Hospitalities-Lodge Manager
As part of the Pebble Beach Special Event Management Team, I was responsible for overseeing VIP guests and corporate clients, ensuring a premium hospitality experience. I managed a team of 10+ Pebble Beach employees, coordinating hospitality services, including snacks and bar/beverage setups, while interacting closely with guests and the culinary team to ensure a flawless experience.
This internship allowed me to apply and develop skills in leadership, event management, and customer service, which directly relate to my major in Business Management Information Systems. It enhanced my ability to manage teams, coordinate logistics, and ensure client satisfaction which are all valuable in business management. Additionally, I honed my problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure environment, skills I can apply in project management and operations management courses.
