Area Manager
During my internship at Amazon, I led a warehouse robotics efficiency project that reduced travel time and increased throughput, while guiding 80–90+ associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Using real-time data, I identified performance gaps, optimized labor allocation, and improved overall workflow. I worked with cross-functional teams to solve process challenges and strengthened team performance through coaching, training, and recognition. Additionally, I led daily stand-up meetings to keep everyone aligned on performance targets, risk management, and key priorities.
